USER GUIDE: SECURITY FUNCTIONALITIES*
HOW TO REPORT BACK TO YOUR COMPANY THAT YOU ARE SAFE
If an incident occurs locally, you company can notify you and ask you to report back. This way they will know if you are safe or if you need assistance.
The Meet2Talk app is available in App Store and Google Play Store.
* only available for employees and spouses if your company has subscribed to the Security Module
Step 1
You will receive a notification on your phone if your company wants you to report back.
Step 2
Log in to the app and tap on the security section in the top right corner. There will be a yellow warning sign.
Step 3
You will see the yellow warning sign and the request to report back including an optional message from your company.
Tap on one of the two options: ‘I Am Safe’ or ‘I Am Not Safe’.
NOTE: If the white text area is empty your company has not added an optional message – but they still want you to report back.
Step 4
When you have tapped ‘I Am Safe’ or ‘I Am Not Safe’ a template will appear.
Write an optional message to explain your situation and then tap on the button below.
If you do not want to add a message, simply tap the button to send your report.
Step 5
Admin Security Personnel from your company will receive all Safe or Not Safe replies including your optional message, date, time, and location point.
