USER GUIDE:
HOW TO SIGN UP AS AN EXTERNAL CANDIDATE
You and your partner can join Meet2Talk during the recruitment process. After signing up you will be able to find information and reach out to future colleagues and families at your new location.

You can use Meet2Talk on web or download our app from App Store and Google Play Store.

Step 1
The company can invite you and give you access to Meet2Talk
before you receive a company work email.
You will receive the email invitation from Meet2Talk in your inbox.
Please check junk/spam filters if you do not receive it.
Step 2
Go to Meet2Talk.com and click on ‘Login’.
Or download our app in App Store or Google Play Store.


Step 4
As ‘Work email address’ write your private email address, e.g.: the email address where you received the invitation.
Tap or click on ‘Next’.


Step 5
Fill in optional information.
This will greatly improve your profile and enhance your experience of Meet2Talk.
Select ‘Finish’ and complete sign up!
Step 6
Remember to verify your email!
You will receive an email from Meet2Talk to verify your email address.
Remember to check your spam filter/junk email.
If you lose it, delete it, or for any other reason cannot find the verification email sign up again, and you will receive a new verification email.


Step 7
You can now log in.
Edit or add to your profile anytime you like in the ‘My Profile’ section.
‘IMPORTANT NOTE’: When you receive your company work email you must replace your private email with your new company work email in the ‘My Profile’ section


Step 9
Write your private email in the top field.
Write your partner’s private email where it says ‘Your partner’s work email address’. This must be the same email as the one your partner has just used to sign up as a candidate.
Fill in the rest and tap ‘Next’.
Step 10
Fill in optional information.
This will greatly improve your profile and enhance your experience of Meet2Talk.
Select ‘Finish’ and complete sign up!


Step 11
Remember to verify your email!
You will receive an email from Meet2Talk to verify your email address.
Remember to check your spam filter/junk email.
If you lose it, delete it, or for any other reason cannot find the verification email sign up again, and you will receive a new verification email.
Step 12
Your partner will receive an email which confirms you as spouse. This has to be confirmed before you can log in.
If your partner does not receive it check spam filter/junk email.
You can now log in and edit or add to your profile anytime you like in the ‘My Profile’ section.
