1. Introduction
Meet2Talk offers a subscription service (“Service”) for companies and other international organisations (“Subscribers”). The purpose of the Service is to help employees and their spouses/partners with the challenges of moving and living abroad while working for the Subscriber.
Only companies, universities and other organisations can be Subscribers and subscribe to our Service, and only employees and spouses of the Subscriber have access to the Service and the features available.
Once a Subscriber has subscribed to the Service employees and spouses of the Subscriber (“Users”) have access to the Service and the features available. The Service is thus made available by the subscribing companies to their Users.
On Meet2Talk employees and spouses can find and connect with colleagues and spouses from the same company, or find and connect with employees and spouses from other Subscribers locally or worldwide.
The Service is accessible on Mac/PC and mobile devices.
“Subscriber” means companies, universities and other organisations who have subscribed to our Service and now have access to the network and the features available.
“User” means all the employees and spouses of the Subscriber.
“Admin User” means an employee who can take on roles and responsibilities on behalf of the Subscriber.

1.2 Processing of Personal Information
Meet2Talk processes personal information in different situations and as a capacity of both data controller and data processor in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

As a User of our Service you act as a data controller, while Meet2Talk only provides you with our Service, in the following situation:

1.2.2 The Rights of the Data Subject
In the capacity of a data controller, Meet2Talk is obliged to handle requests regarding the rights of the data subject as set forth in the GDPR.

1.5. Changes in Agreement
Meet2Talk may modify this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policies and our Data Processing Agreement . In the event that Meet2Talk suspects any unauthorised use Meet2Talk will contact you.
2.3. Payment and Prices
Our Service is a subscription based service. Only companies, universities and other organisations can subscribe to the Service.
If a Subscriber buys any of our paid Services, the Subscriber agrees to pay us the applicable fees and taxes. The Subscriber further agrees to additional terms specific to the paid Services. Failure to pay these fees will result in the termination of the Subscriber’s paid Services.
The Subscriber will honor their payment obligations. The Subscriber understands that there may be fees and taxes that are added to our prices.
2.3.1. Our Subscriptions
A subscription to our Service is valid for a minimum of twelve (12) month from the date of accepting these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Agreement, unless anything else is particularly agreed between Meet2Talk and the Subscriber.
Please see www.meet2talk.com for further information.

We may change and modify prices for the subscription(s) at our own discretion. We will communicate any price changes to Subscribers in advance. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. You accept the new price by continuing to use our Service after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with the price changes, you have the right to reject the change by unsubscribing from the Service prior to the price change going into effect. Please therefore make sure you read any such notification of price changes carefully.

The Subscription will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period, unless you cancel your Subscription.
If a Subscriber wishes to cancel the Subscription this can be done at any time during the current subscription period, however no later than three months prior to the end date of the current Subscription period. The cancellation of the Subscription will however only take effect the day after the current subscription period ends and any subscription fee for the remaining subscription period after the cancellation will not be reimbursed.
If the Cancellation is not received by Meet2Talk with three months’ notice prior to the end of the current subscription period, the subscription is renewed for another subscription period.
If Meet2Talk cancels a subscription of a Subscriber and terminates this agreement, the termination will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, unless the cancellation is due to breach of agreement or the misusing of the Service, cf . Article 3.4.
Users can at any time discontinue using the Service and delete their profile.
2.5. Notices and Service Messages
By entering into this Agreement, you agree that we may provide notices to you through our Service (websites, apps) using your contact information in accordance with your personal settings.
